Sin Is Always Wrong

Introduction:

From the very beginning the devil has tried to downplay sin. "You shall not surely die! For God knows that in the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil" (Genesis 3:4-5). *

But sin is always wrong...

1. Even If We Do Not Know Better - Acts 3:17,19

2. Even If We Do It With A Clear Conscience - Acts 23:1; Acts 22:1-5; I Timothy 1:15

3. Even If It Is Legal - Acts 5:29

4. Even If Someone Respectable Approves It - I John 4:1

5. Even If "No One Gets Hurt" - Numbers 32:23

6. Even If We Do Not Get Caught - Hebrews 4:13

7. Even If It Is Not As Bad As What Someone Else Did - James 2:9

8. Even If We Were Trying To Do Good - II Samuel 6

9. Even If Someone Else Influenced Us - Genesis 3:12,13

10. Even If We "Can't Help Ourselves" - II Peter 2:14

Conclusion:

Sin is ALWAYS wrong. Period!
