• 2 Two
• Ever notice how many times the number “2” is used in scripture?

• Introduction
• The bible keeps things really simple.
• For the most part, decisions are decided by an either or.
• Only twice in scripture is there given a third option.
• You really cannot have a contrast with more than two objects.

• There are two sources of teaching
• God:
• Man:
• Matthew 21:23-27

• There are two choices
• Good or evil
• Right or wrong
• Truth or error
• Life or death
• In other words—make up your mind.
• Elijah 1 Kings 18:21
• Joshua 24:15

• There are two possibilities
• Heaven or hell
• Eternal life or eternal punishment
• Romans 2:7-8

• There are two foundations
• Heeding the words of Jesus
• Ignoring the words of Jesus
• Matthew 7:24-27

• There are two faiths
• A living active faith of obedience
• Or a dead faith.
• James 2:14-26

• There are two ways
• Broad way that leads to destruction
• Narrow way that leads to eternal life.
• Matthew 7:13-14

• There are two alternatives
• Turn from the error of your ways
• Turn from your wicked ways.
• Turn from your righteous ways.
• Ezekiel 18:21-26

• There are two appointments
• Hebrews 9:27
• Death
• Judgment

• There are two destinations
• Heaven
• Hell

• Conclusion
• You see, the Bible really is that simple.
• It can be understood and obeyed.
• Those who do will be rewarded with heaven and eternal life.
• Those who do not will be punished forever.
• It is your choice.
