Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery
against her. {12} And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to
another, she committeth adultery.
(NIV) He answered, "Anyone who divorces his wife and marries
another woman commits adultery against her. {12} And if she divorces her
husband and marries another man, she commits adultery."

and marries again is also unfaithful.

another woman is guilty of sin against his wife. He is guilty of the sin of
adultery. {12} And the woman who divorces her husband and marries another man
is also guilty of adultery.
